Takedown Categories
We accept removal requests for:
- DMCA / Copyright: Content that infringes your copyrighted work.
- NCII / Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery: Content depicting you or someone you legally represent without consent.
- Real-Person Likeness: Unauthorized deepfakes, face swaps, or impersonations of you.
- Minors / CSAM: Any content involving or suggesting minors. This is escalated to authorities.
- Other Policy Violations: Content violating our Safety Guidelines or Terms of Service.
How to Submit a Request
Email [email protected] with:
- The specific URL or generation ID of the content.
- Your account email and contact information.
- A clear description of the violation and your relationship to the content (rights holder, depicted individual, legal representative).
- Supporting evidence where available (original copyrighted work, identity verification, legal authorization).
Appeals
If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was incorrect, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the removal notice and your basis for appeal. We review appeals fairly.
Our Process
We review complete requests promptly. Valid takedown requests result in content removal, and repeat violators face account termination. We may notify the content creator where appropriate.
